Shipping Coverage: Digital Proventus, LLC ships exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We currently do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Minor Outlying Islands and other territories
• Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Shipping Cost: Free Shipping: All orders shipped within our service areas qualify for free shipping. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the contiguous U.S. is typically 5 to 10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, customer location, and external factors (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Carriers: We work with Printify’s fulfillment network, which partners with trusted U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others). The carrier is automatically assigned based on the delivery address.

Delivery Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing a valid and complete shipping address.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.

If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment.

Damaged or Defective Orders: If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@jazzwit.com and include your order number and photos of the product.

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
