Refund & Returns Policy

Overview: Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we do not keep inventory and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements: We will issue a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or print).
To request a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to contact@jazzwit.com with:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Non-Eligible Cases: Refunds or replacements will not be granted if:
- The product does not fit due to ordering the wrong size.
- The product is no longer wanted or needed.
- Minor variations in color or print are present, as these are considered normal with print-on-demand production.
Refund Process: If your claim is approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. After verification with the carrier, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
